You’re in control, you get to choose:

  • Whether to meet once a week or twice a week for the eight sessions
  • The dates you participate – we offer multiple cohorts at different times
    so you can choose the cohort that works for you. Upcoming sessions

  • November 25 - December 11: 4 weeks - Mondays/Wednesdays (4pm - 6pm ET)
  • December 1 - 31st December 4 weeks - Mondays/Wednesdays (6pm - 8pm ET)
  • January 10 - February 7, 2024: 4 weeks - Mondays/Wednesdays (11am - 1pm ET)
  • January 11 - February 8, 2024: 4 weeks - Tuesdays/Thursdays (6pm - 8pm ET)
